JBF(Scotland) supports two separate projects in Delhi – The Informal School which is giving basic education to working children ranging from 5 years to 15 years old – and The Mobile Cattle Clinic which gives free veterinary care to some of the thousands of stray and free-roaming cattle on the streets of Delhi.
We feel that animal welfare and child welfare are both essential areas of concern in the struggle to build a more tolerant and compassionate society in this rapidly advancing nation.
JBF has no religious or political affiliations. 100% of all donations received in UK are given to our projects in Delhi – nothing is taken out in UK for administration, fund-raising, etc. All donations are allocated specifically to the project chosen by the donor.
